millefoglie II P25 BUSCHETO

The “millefoglie II P25 BUSCHETO” uses a leather called “Buscheto”, named after the architect who designed the Pisa Cathedral.  At first glance, it has a glossy and refined appearance, but because it contains a high amount of oil, it exhibits a pull-up effect (where the surface color changes when the leather is bent as the oil shifts), giving it a wild, rugged character as well.  This is exactly the kind of leather m+ values when choosing materials — leather that becomes more enjoyable as it ages and develops character through use.

The color leans toward the darker side, but as the leather bends and creases, lighter tones emerge, giving it a rich expression.  Compared to the standard series, it is also less prone to scratching, which might make it easier to handle.  The interior’s main sections are unified in a chocolate colored pig leather, giving it a warm and cohesive look.  Areas that come into contact with items like cash are lined with a similarly toned cotton fabric to help conceal any dirt or wear.  With its 25mm thickness, the wallet can hold approximately 10 banknotes, 15 coins (mixed sizes) and 15 cards. A special left-handed (LH) version is also available, featuring the bill clip mounted on the opposite side for easier use by left-handed users.

Compared to the standard leathers used up to now, this material offers a wide variety of unique expressions.  At m+, we embrace these differences as part of the leather’s natural individuality, and have chosen to craft each wallet as a one-of-a-kind item that can only be made from genuine materials.

Please note that the appearance may vary slightly from batch to batch.
