Many one-shoulder bags are casual and focused on functionality, so we created DOPPIO with the idea of offering something suitable for adults that can also be used for business. By paying attention to the boxy design and the presence of the materials, we crafted it to have the refined feel of a “leather bag.”
The main body, sized to match two perfectly aligned pockets, is based on the dimensions that fit an 16-inch laptop computer. It offers practicality with three compartments that allow you to organize your items according to their purpose. The half pocket measures approximately 23×17 cm and includes interior pen holders and other pockets.
The zippers are the smooth, high-performance double-slider type known as “Excella.” The zipper extends down to the bottom of the main compartment, so even items that just barely fit (like A4 files) can be accessed directly from the side. The shoulder strap is designed to be worn on either side by switching the lower attachment point. It can be used as a shoulder bag or worn diagonally like a body bag.
The main material used is Pueblo leather from Badalassi Carlo, which is uniquely processed by lightly sanding the surface for a textured feel. Since it’s originally the same leather as Minerva Liscio, the more you use it, the more gloss it develops. The surface’s depth and character gradually blend together over time, allowing you to enjoy its natural aging process. Areas that frequently come into contact with the body use vegetable-tanned goat leather, which offers both flexibility and lightness.
